- Is it really possible to get CS2 skins for free?Yes! You earn bullets by playing mini-games and completing tasks. You can exchange bullets for CS2 skins and receive them via Steam trade.
- Is the app safe to use?BestSkins never asks for your Steam login or password. We only use your trade link and everything is done through official Steam trade.
- What skins are available?Popular CS2 skins are available in the in-app store. The inventory updates approximately every 30 minutes.
- I found a bug in the appReport it to our bot @BestSkinsBugBot on Telegram. If it’s confirmed, you’ll get a reward!
- I have an ideaSend your idea to our bot. If we like it and implement it, you’ll receive a reward!
- My withdrawal is blockedIt may be blocked due to rule violations. If you didn't break any rules, contact @BestSkinsBugBot for clarification.

- Why doesn't my promo code work?It’s likely expired or already used. Keep an eye on our Telegram channel for new codes.
Tasks
- How can I earn more bullets?Play mini-games, complete as many tasks as possible, and invite friends with your referral code.
- What is not allowed?Using emulators, VPN/proxies, or creating multiple accounts is forbidden. Please follow the app rules.
- When are new tasks added?Tasks are updated throughout the day. Open the app regularly and follow our Telegram channel for updates.
- I didn’t receive my rewardMake sure all task conditions were met. If you don’t receive your reward within 24 hours, check this article.
Skin Withdrawal
- How do I withdraw a skin?Exchange bullets for the skin you want in the store and enter your Steam trade link. You’ll receive the skin via trade.
- How long does it take?Usually between 5–15 minutes. During peak hours, it can take up to 24 hours.
- What if I didn’t get my skin?Check that your Steam trade is enabled, the trade link is active, and your inventory/profile are public. If all is good — just wait a bit longer.
